健康危害：对皮肤、粘膜等组织有强烈的刺激和腐蚀作用。蒸气或雾可引起结膜炎、结膜水肿、角膜混浊，以致失明；引起呼吸道刺激，重者发生呼吸困难和肺水肿；高浓度引起喉痉挛或声门水肿而窒息死亡。口服后引起消化道烧伤以致溃疡形成；严重者可能有胃穿孔、腹膜炎、肾损害、休克等。皮肤灼伤轻者出现红斑、重者形成溃疡，愈后癍痕收缩影响功能。溅入眼内可造成灼伤，甚至角膜穿孔、全眼炎以至失明。慢性影响：牙齿酸蚀症、慢性支气管炎、肺气肿和肺硬化。
Health effect：This product may produce severe irritation and corrosion to skin and mucous membranes and other tissue. Vapor or mist may cause conjunctivitis, chemosis, corneal opacity and lose sight. may cause irritation of respiratory tract, even cause difficulty in breathing and lung edema. May cause laryngospasm, glottis edema , loss of breathe and death when high concentration is present. Swallowing will result in burns to alimentary canal and produce ulcerations,and even in the danger of perforation stomach, peritonitis and in damage to kidney, shock, etc. slight burns to skin cause erythema and severe burns produce ulcerations.Scars contract after healing up and affect function. In case of eye contact may cause burns, corneal perforation, panophthalmitis and loss of sight.

眼睛接触： 立即提起眼睑，用大量流动清水或生理盐水彻底冲洗至少15分钟。就医。 Eye Contact: Immediately filed palpebral, with plenty of liquid water or saline thoroughly flushed at least 15 minutes. Then consult a doctor.
吸入： 迅速脱离现场至空气新鲜处。保持呼吸道通畅。如呼吸困难，给输氧。如呼吸停止，立即进行人工呼吸。就医。
Inhalation: Escape to fresh air. Keep Respiratory Tract Unobstructed ，If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. Get medical attention immediately.

第五部分：消防措施
Section 5： Fire Fighting Measures
危险特性：遇水大量放热, 可发生沸溅。与易燃物（如苯）和可燃物（如糖、纤维素等）接触会发生剧烈反应，甚至引起燃烧。遇电石、高氯酸盐、雷酸盐、硝酸盐、苦味酸盐、金属粉末等猛烈反应，发生爆炸或燃烧。有强烈的腐蚀性和吸水性。
Hazard properties: Contact with water generates plenty of heat, and cause splashing. React violently with easily combustible material ( as benzene ), ombustible material ( as Sugar, cellulose, etc.). and even result in combustion. React violently with calcium carbide, perchlorate, fulminate, nitrate, picrate, metal powder, etc.and cause combustion or explosion. Strongly corrosive and water absorbent.

Section 6: Accidental Release Measures
应急处理： 迅速撤离泄漏污染区人员至安全区，并进行隔离，严格限制出入。建议应急处理人员戴自给正压式呼吸器，穿防酸碱工作服。从上风处进入现场。尽可能切断泄漏源。防止流入下水道、排洪沟等限制性空间。小量泄漏：将地面洒上苏打灰，然后用大量水冲洗，洗水稀释后放入废水系统。大量泄漏：构筑围堤或挖坑收容。喷雾状水冷却和稀释蒸汽、保护现场人员、把泄漏物稀释成不燃物。用泵转移至槽车或专用收集器内，回收或运至废物处理场所处置。
Remove people away from area of spill to safe area, isolate them and strictly restrict access. Suggest that emergency Processing personnel wear Self-contained breathing apparatus and
Anti-acid &alkali work clothing, enter site from the windward side. Cut off source of spills. Prevent entry into sewers, basements or confined areas
Small spill: Sprinkle the soda ash on the ground, then flush with plenty of water and pour into waste water system after diluted with water.
Large spill: Build causeway and dig a hole to contain the leakage. Use water spray to cool and reduce vapors. Protect person on site, dilute the leakage to be inflammable material. Transfer to tank car or a special collector with pump. Recover or remove to waste treatment plants for disposal. 第七部分：操作处置与储存

操作注意事项： 密闭操作，注意通风。操作尽可能机械化、自动化。操作人员必须经过专门培训，严格遵守操作规程。建议操作人员佩戴自吸过滤式防毒面具（全面罩），穿橡胶耐酸碱服，戴橡胶耐酸碱手套。远离火种、热源，工作场所严禁吸烟。防止蒸气泄漏到工作场所空气中。避免与还原剂、碱类、醇类、碱金属接触。搬运时要轻装轻卸，防止包装及容器损坏。配备相应品种和数量的消防器材及泄漏应急处理设备。倒空的容器可能残留有害物。稀释或制备溶液时，应把酸加入水中，避免沸腾和飞溅。
Handling Precautions: Keep in a sealed area and care for ventilation. Handling should be mechanical and automatic as possible as it can. Operators should obtain special training, and follow close to operation procedures. Suggest that operators should wear self-supporting filter mask（full face task）, anti-acid and alkali rubber clothing and gloves. Keep away from sources of ignition. Keep away from heat. No smoking in Work-station. Prevent vapor sneaking into air in the Work-station. Keep away from reducing agents, alkalis, alcohols and alkali metal. Handle with care, and avoid damage to package and container. Prepare matching type and amount of firefighting equipment and accidental release equipments. Hazardous residual may remain in empty container. While dilute and prepare solution, should add acid into water to avoid boiling and splashing. 储存注意事项： 储存于阴凉、通风的库房。远离火种、热源。库温不宜超过35℃，相对湿度不超过85%。保持容器密封。应与易（可）燃物、还原剂、碱类、碱金属、食用化学品分开存放，切忌混储。储区应备有泄漏应急处理设备和合适的收容材料。
Storage precautions:
Keep container in a cool, well-ventilated storeroom. Keep away from sources of ignition. Keep away from heat. The storeroom should keep a temperature not exceeding 35℃ and a relatived humidity not exceeding 85%. Keep container sealed. Separate from combustibles, reducing agents, alkalis, alkali metal and edible chemistry, and no mixing with each other are allowed. Accidental release equipments and containing material should be reserved in storage area.
