A: In my opinion, the opportunity is only for the prepared man. Do you think so?
A：我认为，机会只留给有准备的人，你们这么认为吗
B: Of course. One of my classmates likes to promote his achievement. But when he meets some troubles, he often complains of others and never reviews himself. Once having come back after the interview, he complained of the interviewer for me. He said the interviewer asked him some problems and created difficulties for him deliberately. His words annoyed me, so I asked him whether he had prepared for the interview and considered the questions which the interviews would ask or not. Having heard my questions, he felt ashamed without response.
B：当然，我有个同学，他喜欢吹嘘自己的成就，但当遇事不顺时，他就会抱怨其他人或其他事，从来不检讨自己的过失。有一次，他去面试，回来就抱怨面试官问了很多很难的问题，明显在刁难他。于是，我就问他，在面试之前你是否做了充分的准备，你是否有考虑到面试官要问什么题目。他被我问得哑口无言并感到惭愧。
C: I think so. I have a brother and I think he is the slave of the life, because he never prepares for his life well. He is week in his school work. Now he discontinues his studies and stays at home, even lives by his parents’ wages. Several months ago, he found a job and I thought he would change himself and work hard, but his action made me more look down upon him. The reason was that he resigned his job because of the distance between his home and the company after having been transfered to another controlled company.
C：我也这么认为。我有个堂哥，我认为他是生活的奴隶。他从没好好地为他的人生做准备，他的成绩不好，辍学在家，一直靠他父母的工资生活。前段时间，他在家附近得到一份工作。我本来以为他会改变并且好好工作，但他的行为让我更加瞧不起他。两个月后，公司想把他调到另一家分公司，这本来是一个不错的发展机会，但他认为分公司离家太远了，他上班回家太辛苦，于是就辞职回家。
A: I am grateful for your support. Really, for those who aren’t prepared, even if they have a lot of chances, they won’t catch them, let alone the chances in such the fierce competition. Nowadays, the more population is in China, the fewer chances for us to catch. In a word, only those who have made enough preparations, they can catch the chances in the competition.
A：我很感谢你们的支持。的确，对于那些没准备好的人，即使眼前有很多机会，他也抓不住，更不必说如今竞争这么激烈。人口越多，机会对我们来说就越少，只有那些有准备的人，才能在竞争中抓住机会。
B: After saying others, I can say my attitude to my major. I love my major, because the knowledge I learn can abundant my life。Therefore, I always attend the classes seriously. After class, I will review the knowledge the teacher teaches that day and try my best to clear every point of the knowledge. I believe I can get a satisfactory job after graduation.
B：先不说别人，就说说我对待自己的专业的态度吧。首先，我热爱我的专业，那些知识可以丰富我的生活。所以，我上课总是认真听讲。课后认真复习当天学过的知识，我把每一个知识点都弄得很清楚，我相信我以后可以找到一份满意的工作。
C: Compared with you, I feel I fail to focus enough time and energy on my school work. But I still feel I grew a lot in the past year and a half, for example, I pay attention to my social communication ability very much and some time I put the knowledge I have learned in actual life deliberately. I find the interviewer not only evaluates a person by his education but also by his ability. So what I prepare for now will impress the interviewer in the future.
C：相对你而言，我觉得自己在学业上还不够努力。不过，在大学里呆了快一年半，我感觉自己还是成长不少。比如，我很注重自己的口语交际能力。有事也故意地把自己所学到的知识运用到实际生活中去。我发现，面试官评价一个人不仅仅是这个人知识水平，而且还有他的能力。这些准备都将在以后给我的面试增添不少分数。
A: What you said is true. From your experience, I think we have to live in social reality no matter how it is. Each of us must face the social reality instead of escaping and complaining, be a prepared person, improve all aspects of our ability and perfect ourselves in time. Not only because it is significant for us to get a job after graduation, but also to our lives. All in all, only being a prepared person we can control our life completely.
