I am writing to you in the hope of that I may obtain opportunity of being personal assistant to overseas sales manager. Currently , I am a graduated student in Dongbei University of Finance and Economics ,my major is Business English.
According to the advertisement, your position requires good knowledge of English and at least one other language. I feel that I am competent to meet the requirements. I have good command of spoken and written English .By the way, I lived in Rome the whole summer of 2006, so I can say Italian fluently. After graduation, I worked 2 years as reception and secretary and have been working for travel agency for last six month. Not only can I communicate with others more freely, but more important, I have gained experience, such as I can organize schedules easily. At present, I have free time to travel adored with the Sales Manager.
