In 1980, there was a southward river among mountains. On the leftbank of river was a forest, which was located to the north of somearchitect structures. Meanwhile, several rare plants and animalslived close to these architectures. On the right side ofthis river,there was a piece of irrigated land along the river, near localvillages.

Two decade later, this place had changed a lot. At first, theoriginal woods were deforested and those buildings were completelyremoved. Besides, the irrigated land was replaced by a hotel sothat the original villages moved to the southeast corner of theriver, sited to the east of some newly-built electricity towers.Moreover, a large hydroelectric dam was constructed in the southand ended the river. As a result, the river was enlarged and becamea fishing lake.

Overall, after the construction of the dam, the place could bettercater for the need of the local people by providing energy andresources to them.
